Dr. Karen Schrier is an Associate Professor and Director of the Games & Emerging Media program at Marist College. She has authored or edited over 80 publications, including books, articles, and educational materials. Her latest book, Knowledge Games, was published by Johns Hopkins University Press. Over the past 15 years, she has also created digital media at places like Scholastic, Nickelodeon, and BrainPOP. From 2018-2019, she is serving as a Belfer Fellow with the ADL’s Center for Technology & Society. She holds degrees from Columbia University, MIT, and Amherst College.
